The above shows our rates for Door To Door delivery of your items to Africa. This does not include any custom charges that may be applied at destination. If there is custom duty on your goods, we will advise you on arrival at destination air port and payment will be required before final delivery. You can contact us for delivery rates to UK or other parts of the world.

If you are shopping from multiple different websites then it is safe to assume each website will deliver to us in a separate parcel. Also, if you’re buying a lot of items from one website, your items may be delivered to us in more than 1 parcel. Some websites such as Amazon and eBay will often tell you how many parcels your items will be delivered in. However, remember we will always credit or debit your shipping fee if you paid too much or too little in handling fees.

If for example you paid for 3 parcels but we receive 4 parcels instead, we’ll simply add the handling fee for the extra parcel to your shipping fee. 

If for example you paid for 3 parcels but we receive 2 parcels instead, we’ll simply credit the payment you made for the extra parcel to your shipping fee. 

After paying your handling fee and getting your UK address, you can shop whenever you are ready. However, from the day we receive and consolidate your parcels, you will have 14 days to arrange and pay for shipping. After 14 days, we’ll start charging you a storage fee of £2 per day, which will be added to your shipping fee.

We remove the delivery packaging but leave the items in the manufacturer’s packaging before putting them in your box. We try to package your items as compact as possible with enough bubble wrap and padding for safe transit. We send you a live video that shows your items being consolidated and weighed so you know how many parcels we received, the conditions of items on arrival at our office and the weight of your box ready to be shipped.

Your live consolidation video will show you the condition of your items when we received them. For any items that arrive damaged, you will need to contact your shopping website to get a replacement or get a refund. We have 24 hours CCTV to ensure that your items never go missing whilst in our custody. However, if they ever do, we’ll refund you the full cost of your items. No excuses.

If we received and consolidated your shopping, you can arrange ship your box using our shipping service or arrange with your own courier. We will advise you the weight and dimensions of your parcels after consolidation and you can email us the collection date and any address labels when you have made arrangements with your courier.

Yes. You can ship your own items from any UK address to any destinations via our Third Party Parcel service. You will be required to securely package your items into boxes, advise us the weight and dimensions of each parcel, complete a Collection Address and Customs Declarations when booking. You pay an additional third party collection fee of £11 in addition to the shipping fee. Your items are delivered to our UK address for weight verification. If your parcel is found to weigh more, you’ll be required to pay the difference on your shipping fee before we dispatch your parcel.

Our Air Standard and Air Premium are both Door-To-Door services by air.  Our business customers shipping pallets or containers can contact us for ocean freight quotes.

Yes we provide live tracking numbers for all our Air Standard and Air Premium shipments. You will receive your tracking number and tracking URL by email after making a booking.

Our door to door shipping prices include customs clearance at destination. However, there may be circumstances where we need you to provide additional information to facilitate clearing (for example if your goods are delayed due to missing documentation).

It is your responsibility to find out what goods are banned/restricted by your destination country and be prepared accordingly. If your parcels contain any banned or restricted items, this may be confiscated by customs/the courier and destroyed.
